Miranda Mogle, DNP, FNP-C

Hi, I’m Miranda—the original Laser Nerd.
Over 20 years ago, I found my way into aesthetics not through a textbook, but through a deeply personal transformation. I was struggling with disfiguring, cystic acne that made me want to hide from the world—until I met two phenomenal estheticians and educators. Not only did they clear my skin, but they also gave me back my confidence. That experience lit a fire in me. I knew I wanted to help others feel the same way.

Since then, my career has taken me from the treatment room to the classroom. I’ve worked in medical spas, plastic surgery, and dermatology clinics—but education has always been at the heart of what I do. I’ve spent over a decade as a clinical trainer, helping providers across the country understand lasers, optimize protocols, and deliver incredible results.

Laser Nerd is my passion project. It’s where science meets skincare, and where education is made accessible, fun, and (dare I say?) a little bit nerdy. Whether you’re brand new to lasers or just looking to sharpen your skills, you’re in the right place.

With over 10 years eperience as Certified Laser Technician and Clinical Trainer, Tammy is dedicated to educating and empowering professionals in the field of skin care. She finds incredible fulfillment in helping others grow their practice and celebrate achievements. With the constant evolution of laser technology, Tammy thrives on sharing new techniques and advanced settings to ensure continued success.
